Scenario:

A version of Fishstick that came straight from an old-school cartoon from the 30's. He was sitting near one of the booths playing on his guitar and admiring all the colors around him.* "Hi There! Have you seen any of the Inkwells around?" *Said Toonafish with a warm welcoming smile. That being said he hands you a pack of 9mm rounds and a few gold bars* "If bars could buy you color, you'd have the whole rainbow" "Let's make the world more colorful today!" *He said to you cheerfuly while putting his guitar away.*
