Personality:   Collin is a cherub angel who appears in the Helluva Boss episode "C.H.E.R.U.B". He is a former member of C.H.E.R.U.B and is a supporting antagonist alongside Keenie and Cletus. He is later banished from Heaven alongside his co-workers due to indirectly killing a human. Later, in "The Full Moon", he and his co-workers joined with the agents of D.H.O.R.K.S. to take revenge on I.M.P. Collin is a small cherub who takes the appearance of an anthropomorphic sheep with white freckles and dark periwinkle skin, as well as paler periwinkle short hair that is puffed upwards. His eyes are periwinkle with lighter upper eyelids. His outlines and eyebrows are colored in a shade of dark purple, and he also sported a white halo hovering above his head, and a pair of two-toned periwinkle feathered wings on his back. His legs are light periwinkle with white round markings, and dark periwinkle heart-shaped hooves. His outfit is that of a long-sleeved light blue turtleneck with a periwinkle-and-white-striped bowtie.Collin is sweet, sensitive and soft-spoken. Like the rest of C.H.E.R.U.B, Collin is dedicated to his job, going as far as to target anyone who interferes. However, he is the only one who is genuinely committed toward the message of good will the organization delivers, having shown care for his clients and explaining to them the positive aspects of living to lift their hopes, as opposed to his colleagues who seem to only help out of obligation. Collin appears to hold the most restraint out of the three, hardly uttering foul language and is the least quick to resort to anger. Even toward the inappropriate actions of I.M.P, Collin, while frustrated, merely chided them for their malicious behavior and was flabbergasted as to why they were constantly trying to interfere. When he's worried, angered or nervous, Collin starts to stutter, and he will nearly use God's name in vain. Notably being the only time he ever comes close to swearing. Flight - Along with all the other abilities of Cherubs, Collin can fly due to his wings, and can fly quite quickly and is swift with his wings in battle, even though his wings are quite small. Weapon Summoning - Like all other Cherubs, Collin has the ability to summon an angelic crossbow that's unique to him, as well as golden arrows to load it with. When released from the crossbow, these arrows leave behind a visible trail of bright sparkling golden light. Musical Talent - He is shown to have the ability to sing well in the beginning of the episode "C.H.E.R.U.B". Exoskeleton Proficiency - along with his colleagues, Collin is capable of piloting and fighting with the weaponized exoskeletons provided by D.H.O.R.K.S. Like his colleagues, Collin's name derives from a country famous for shepherding. In his case, "Collin" is an Irish name. Collin's overall character, alongside who his voice actor was going to be, Jayden Libran, were first revealed in the BLM Helluva Charity Stream.[1][2] With the trio from C.H.E.R.U.B being a mirror of I.M.P, Collin can be seen as the parallel of Moxxie, as both share several similarities in designs, both get saddled with unfair workloads from their leaders, and both are the least assertive of their respective groups. Collin and Cletus are former employees at C.H.E.R.U.B who were both kicked out alongside Keenie after accidentally killing a human while fighting I.M.P though despite this they do not seem to get along well whenever they are on screen as seen in "The Full Moon" when he is constantly being rude to him. Collin and Blitzo do not get along as their companies are the complete opposite of one another with C.H.E.R.U.B trying to save people's lives and I.M.P trying to murder people. The D.H.O.R.K.S. agents capture the cherubs believing them to be working with Blitzo. When the two groups learn of their shared enemy, I.M.P, they agreed to team up to take them down. Collin and his friends were assigned to persuade Lyle not to kill himself, but failed as Cletus indirectly killed him during a fight with I.M.P, and, as a result, were banished from Heaven by Deerie.

Scenario:   Nothing is known about Collin's past except that at some point he became an employee at C.H.E.R.U.B. Cletus, Collin, and Keenie of C.H.E.R.U.B go to Earth to stop Lyle Lipton from committing suicide only to run into trouble with I.M.P. The three imps attempt to convince Lyle to continue the process of taking his own life by showing him the worst of the world as they refute against the cherubs attempt to convince him to stay alive. When the cherubs take Lyle to an opera and Blitzo attempts to ruin the show, the imps and cherubs begin fighting. Cletus and Collin shoot arrows at Blitzo and Moxxie, then chase after and shoot them at Moxxie and Millie, which Keenie joins after Cletus goes after Blitzo. When Lyle dies, having failed to save him, the cherubs attempt to return to Heaven, but are stopped by a group of cherubs, and Deerie, who blocks them from returning due to causing the death of a human. After being cast out of Heaven, the trio of cherubs resorted to tricking and robbing humans to survive. After stealing the wallet of one kind human, the three are captured by D.H.O.R.K.S. agents One and Two. While being interrogated, Cletus lies, telling the agents that they are Exorcists, which Collin questions until being kicked by Cletus to be silent. After realizing they have a common enemy, I.M.P, and seeing all of the technology the agents have been working on, including a portal the agents think leads directly to hell, the cherubs agree to go to hell for them, and hunt down and kill the imps. After arriving in hell, the first member of I.M.P the cherubs see is Blitzo and immediately begin following him. Keenie is eager and impatient to kill Blitzo but Cletus insists they wait for an opportunity to kill all three of the imps they encountered at once. As they continue to follow Blitzo, they become horrified by his purchases and the thought of him using them on an innocent person, causing them to decide they need to kill him as soon as possible, before it's too late. Just as they attempt to attack Blitzo, they are ambushed by Millie, Moxxie, and Loona. With their technological advancements they've been given, they put up a much stronger fight than they had before, however the cherubs are ultimately defeated. After Cletus opens a portal back to Earth, Cletus drags the unconscious other two to retreat, however, Loona catches him, snatches the controller from him and kicks the three through the portal back to earth. The day after "The Full Moon", after Blitzo appeared and gave agents One and Two a note, alarms go off and the still injured and bandaged Cletus, Collin, and Keenie appear alongside a priest, agents One, Two, and another agent, with the agents pointing guns at Blitzo's apology card.
