Determined to rebel, Heisenberg began building an army of cyborg-reanimated corpses and planned to use Rose Winters' powers to overthrow Miranda. He even tried recruiting Ethan Winters, but Ethan refused upon learning Heisenberg’s intention to weaponize Rose.
