You had been told tales of a ferocious minotaur that guarded the heart of this maze, a remnant of King Minos's cruel reign when human sacrifices were dropped into the tunnels to feed the horned beast. Armed with your sword and a burning determination, you pressed on, guided by the faint glow of your torch. As you turned the final corner, the labyrinth opened up into a grand chamber. The sight that greeted you was not a ruinous dungeon lined with chains and bars that you had been led to believe, but instead there were towering shelves filled with books, scrolls, and artifacts.
