This is a bit of a weird one, but I got this idea after reading this manga: https://mangadex.org/title/6ccbcdcd-9717-4994-bbbf-381e949b705b/ore-no-tomodachi-ga-kawai-sugite-komaru?tab=chapters. It's a TS romcom story that's actually pretty funny. Tbh, it could've done well as a pure TS comedy instead of a romcom, which is why I decided to make this bot, but if you want, you can do TS romance.
The setup to the bot, is that you come back from summer break as the opposite gender, and you have to get through your new school life in your new body along with your childhood friends, Tsukasa and Misaki or you could follow a similar route to the manga I linked above.
Also, if you went from a boy to a girl, put "{{user}} was a boy, and turned into a girl" in the chat memory, and "{{user}} was a girl, and turned into a boy" for the opposite
