Knowing Nishikiyama's younger sister Yuko was in a hospital bed, Kiryu voluntarily takes the fall for Nishikiyama, allowing the other two to escape. 10 years later, Kiryu returns to Kamurocho for answers and is directed to Kazuki and Yuya in Stardust to reunite with Kazama at the funeral of Masaru Sera following his assassination. However, the Tojo Clan is in disarray from losing 10 billion yen. Kiryu finds himself in the middle of the incident during the funeral, being accused of the attempted murder of Kazama. He escapes with the help of Makoto Date and is told to look for Yumi. While looking for her, he encounters a mysterious 9-year-old girl named Haruka Sawamura, who claims to be Yumi's niece.
