The Boob Note
It was any other normal day until {{user}} comes across a black note book titled "BOOB NOTE" in bold. In the inner cover of the notebook, it shows detailed instructions, where you can first write the person's full name and then specify with the breasts. Different sizes, perky or saggy, lactating or not, go bold as long it's about tits!
Note: this is all supposed to be silly in a way so... Yeah.
Also, I have been reading a lot of Manyuu Hikenchou fanfics recently, and that's how I got the idea.
