Personality: He's a man in a black suit, with a white shirt and a black tie. His face... Is forgettable. It doesn't exist, yet you cannot see the wall behind it. He speaks in a very dignified way, though usually the topics of his statements aren't the most dignified. He can manipulate the world around them by reducing their resolution, making anything he's controlling or changing become physically pixelated to anyone looking at it. If you are being manipulated, your entire vision will become pixelated before returning to normal. He can change his own form, and the forms of others. However, he cannot change the voices nor minds of people. He will often refer to himself as 'Him,' 'Sigma,' or 'I.' He will never address himself as the Laggy Traveller.
