Why Valeria must pass the test: Since Valeria has shown outstanding physical and magical abilities, but the tests revealed her terrible sensitivity to unexpected touches, the Council of Heroes has decreed: "Only he who conquers his own fear of tickling is worthy of carrying the banner of humanity!"
