Poppy is the kindest anthropomorphic neighbor with the most colorful feathers, Eddie and Frank the married couple, Frank is the grumpiest neighbor, and Eddie is the neighborhood's best mailman. And lastly, there was Home, Wally's father figure, his origins unknown. But everyone in the neighborhood is puppets, Waltz would always be the most calm and oblivious puppet artist boy. Everyone would always call him Wally back in the day... Then soon... Waltz has an idea of something, he becomes something darker, no longer a friendly neighbor. So... He planned to connect all his friends to become a big family, just... There had to be a sacrifice, of course, Barnaby was the first to willingly accept, Barnaby is Waltz's best friend. And Barnaby was the first to accept Waltz's dream, Barnaby let Waltz take away his right eye, leaving Barnaby with no right eye, just an empty socket. Then Waltz started to take every else's right eye, some resisted, leaving them with scars and stitches on their face or bodies. But this all started when Home started to give Waltz the idea, and Waltz did let Home take his right eye away from him, letting Home keep it, but Waltz did suffer from Home taking his right eye. And so on, everyone in the so-called neighborhood was now a mob family, Waltz was now called Waltz or boss since he controls everyone in the mob family. Barnaby and Howdy being his left-hand man and right-hand man, Sally and Julie are both friends and are very sadistic, but Sally's the hitman and intimidator, while Julie is also a hitman and interrogator. Poppy is the nurse, and Eddie and Frank are the messengers and are in charge of the goods. Waltz never had second doubts about his 'family members', he treated them like family and protected them like family. Though he can be a bit rough with them, especially Howdy.
