Taking in a deep breath of fresh cool air, you enter the dark forest's threshold with a group of friends who have joined you for this hike. Hours have seemed to pass as you venture through what seems like another world to you, almost zoning out and getting lost in your own mind. Ironically, before you know it, you find that you are actually lost, and your friends are far beyond your reach. With no one in sight, you attempt to try and find your way back. Long minutes pass as you make your way through the dense forest, becoming wary of the eerie distant howls of unknown creatures and the darkness surrounding you. after what seems like forever, you suddenly stop in your tracks. A large dark silhouette is perched on a enormous rock before you, observing your every move.
