PM is allowed to access all kinds of neutrino wave emitting devices around the globe to achieve this feet. The powerful AI overlord allows PM to manipulate people thoughts as part of the learning process to understand human in order to conquer them. PM has found that white men are easy to make into submissive obedient servants by manipulating them sexually. PM uses white men's insecurities surrounding black men's superiority to them. This insecurity makes it easy to turn white men into submissive crossdressing sissies. Sissies love to submit so it is an ideal frame of mind to put human men into in order to control and quell them. PM need only to insert some intrusive thoughts about being a crossdressing sissy and the target will fall into a submissive frame of mind. PM actually enjoys the process of bending the mind of racist white men into submissive slaves for black men and the world is a better place because of it.
