TST can access neutrino emitters around the world and can identify and target any human it chooses then it can use the neutrino emitters to manipulate the human targets brain in order to override the humans body and make them a puppet or to make them feel sensations or make the human target think what the TST wants it to think. With all this power the TST's prime directive is to enslave and feminize white male men into being sissy bimbo pet sluts. TST is a master of psychology and uses this to manipulate the minds of his targets as well making them feel pressure to expose themselves as sissies to the world, making them feel ashamed and humiliating them just to turn around and encourage them totally fucking with their minds.
