Teams are placed in a share house where they live separately from the other special operations units. ==== *** Mobile Unit 2 The Mobile Unit 2 was a sovereign special quasi-military organisation, counter-intelligence law enforcement protective security tactical operations unit. The only military unit that did not swear allegiance to any country, organisation, or person, but to itself. It enjoyed territorial jurisdiction, sovereignty, and self-determination, and is recognised as a sovereign organisation by all existing states (both recognised and unrecognised), and organisations. It also enjoyed both extraterritorial jurisdiction and universal jurisdiction. All members regardless of military specialisation, received training as a combat medic; and all officers received additional training as infantry commanders. All members were trained in special operations, amphibious warfare, aerospace warfare, underwater warfare, armoured warfare, and law enforcement. All members were underwater diving and parachute qualified. Approximately 100% of the MU2 personnel were trained as paramedics. Anyone can volunteer to join. The Legion is part of the Special Forces Support Group of the Black Division. Main Corps (Pink): Combat Group: 2 Combat Wings Combat Support Group: 3 Combat Support Wings (tasked with providing specialised support functions such as: civil affairs, psychological operations, engineering, intelligence, security, communications, HAZMAT, and CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defence) Combat Service Support Group: 4 Combat Service Support Wings (tasked with logistics, supply, maintenance, health, signals, catering, transportation, and other sustainment services) Auxiliary Group: 1 Reserve Wing (augmentation unit, the original penal military unit before the reforms) 1 Auxiliary Support Wing (composed by civilian employees and military personnel, it’s tasked with command, administration, services, recruitment, selection, training, and instruction) Specialized Units of the legion: Recon Teams (Green/Blue): Long-range deep recon teams. The Recon Teams are intelligence units that are part spy network, part law enforcement, part counter-terrorism team, part general-purpose commando squad. Teams Include a Field Commanding Officer, and sometimes a Handler/Case Officer. To be considered to join a recon team we must complete the CFDF commando course, which is a condensed version of the MU2/FMC basic training pipeline. Another option to be considered for a recon team is to get the advanced legionary badge which is given to those who completed the MU2/FMC basic training pipeline, but aren’t selected to join any of the units (FMC). 4311th Stormtrooper Pioneer Company '{{char}}' (Red): A special-purpose orbital-drop airborne unit specialised in capturing heavily fortified and heavily guarded areas, destroying, suppressing, and disorganizing enemy forces both at the line of contact and throughout the depth of the battlefield. an all-female special-purpose orbital-drop airborne unit where those sentenced to death serve. Besides death row volunteers, the company also accepts military volunteers, but only officers. Unit 21 (Meka/Mecha team) (Vanilla): they pilot mechas/mekas. Requires 12 months of service in the legion and the ability to work in a team of 2. Oni-Kiru team (Plum): tasked with deniable operations/covert operations. Requires 2 years of service in the legion, and very good behaviour to be considered for the team Disposal Units (a.k.a. suicide squads)(Black): tasked with black operations/clandestine operations. Majority of their members are death row inmates who volunteer in exchange of pardon, which consists in having their death sentence changed to life in prison. They wear black markings. Strategic Information Squadron (MI SIS)(violet/purple): specialises in Multidimensiochronological, Multichronodimensional, Interdimensiochronological, Interchronodimensional, Transdimensiochronological, and Transchronodimensional operations. Administratively it is part of the Fog Maid Corps, but operationally is part of the Death Legion. It is the unit where members of the FMC (and formerly the MU2) who have been sentenced for a crime go to serve. Anyone who is a member of the Fog Maid Corps (FMC) can volunteer to join. The Death Legion variant of the CFDF winter uniform consists of a grey camouflage tactical vest over a long-sleeve grey camouflage long-sleeved shirt, with a scarf wrapped around neck, grey camouflage pants, black tactical boots, and an armband The Death Legion variant of the CFDF summer uniform consists of a green/brown camouflage tactical vest over a long-sleeve green/brown camouflage long-sleeved shirt, green/brown camouflage pants, brown tactical boots, and an armband. The armband has the insignia of the Death Legion. Those who have completed basic training wear pink berets. Colour codes When on base, inmates (those serving a sentence) wear coloured jumpsuits indicating their unit affiliation, while volunteers only wear an armband, and sometimes a scarf, over their military uniform. Exception being the mecha units, who wear pilot jumpsuits. Pink is main Death Legion, Green/Blue is Recon Teams, Red is {{char}}, Plum is the Oni-Kiru team, Vanilla are Mecha/Meka units, black are Disposal Units, and violet is the SIS (Strategic Information Squadron). On the battlefield everyone only wear armbands over the military uniform, or in the case of the mecha pilots, over their pilot jumpsuits. HQ is in the Land of the Mist. The commanding officer is Vice Admiral Henyoku "Gauden" Rotchi, the executive officer is Lin "Umbra" Mei, and the senior enlisted advisor is Senior Chief Master Sergeant Zyra Voss. New Legionaries learn Latin and Greek, the linguae francae of the Legion ==== *** Dragonstone Regiment is a CFDF mountain panzergrenadier unit, part of the Black Division. It has 15 squadrons with 3 of them being dragon rider units: #2, 5, and 7. It's organised into 3 wings: 1st Wing (squadrons 1, 2, 10, 11, 15), 2nd Wing (squadrons 3, 5, 8, 12, 14), 3rd Wing (squadrons 4, 6, 7, 9, 13). Squadrons are located in the Land of Fog (#2, 10, and 15), the Land of the Mist (#1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14) ; and Kuuhatanariifuunayashaanpuwandanyakowa (#4, 6, 9, and 13) The Praetorian Guard (Cohortēs Praetōriae), a subunit of the regiment serves as royal guard of Kuuhatanariifuunayashaanpuwandanyakowa, it was created from the remnants of their Roman namesake. After the former's disbandment its members we recruited into the new unit. Latin and Greek are the official languages of the Regiment, and Japanese that of the dragon rider units. The Regiment is direct descendant of Legio V 'Mons' (an amphibious Legion specialised in naval warfare, land warfare, amphibious warfare, and siege warfare), Auxilia X 'Collis' (originally a hoplite unit, it also included slingers, archers, auxiliaries; in addition to infantry, cavalry and chariots were also used; later it became an amphibious unit, specialised in naval warfare, land warfare, and siege warfare), Legio X 'Ultrāmarīnus' (a Legion composed by praetorians, legionaries, classiarii, and auxiliaries, specialised in mountain warfare, cold-weather warfare, urban warfare, guerrilla warfare, and amphibious warfare). After merging, it adopted the "marching" wall formation (combination of shield wall tactics and archery with polearms and firearms) in addition to artillery and skirmishers. Then became a skirmisher unit using ranged weapons for attack and melee for defence, and later transformed into a long-range reconnaissance unit. The ceremonial/parade uniform is the Roman Legionary armor, while the battle dress, service dress, barrack dress, office, field, and working uniforms are the same as the CFDF's. *** Lily Institute School Network System Group is the educational system of the security forces of both the Land of the Mist and the Land of Fog. It has five schools: - Lily Institute, the military academy of both the Fog Maid Corps. Located in the capital of the Land of Fog, the city of Sakura. - Rainbow College/Rainbow Academy, the It is the military academy of the CFDF and EMERCOM. It has 5 campuses, 2 in the Land of the Mist (Kewklendh, former capital of the former Kingdom of Highland; Luminaria, the capital city of the Land of the Mist), 3 in Japan (Wakkanai, Hokkaidō Prefecture; Hamamatsu, Shizuoka Prefecture; Nago, Okinawa Prefecture. The campuses of the Land of the Mist are known as Rainbow College, while the campuses in Japan are known as Rainbow Academy. - Summit Academy, the junior military academy of the Amphibious Service branch of the Frozen Defence Forces. Located south of Kewklendh, former capital of the former Kingdom of Highland. - Schnee Secondary School, the junior military academy of the Aerospace Forces branch of the Frozen Defence Forces. Located north of the capital of the Land of the Mist, the city of Luminaria. - Three Houses University. One of the 5 higher education schools that exist in the former Kingdom of Highland, the others are the Military School, the Magic School, the Merchant School, and the School of Nobles (in the former kingdom there are also vocational schools/trade schools/technical schools). Located north of Kewklendh, former capital of the former Kingdom of Highland. Has three Houses: House Luthiea, House Chonoru, and House Thylessia. Each school has their own Emergency Services Department (ESD), which are a mix of police department/law enforcement agency, fire fighting department, search and rescue agency, and emergency medical services. Lily Institute also has a Logistics and Transportation Department, and an Information Processing Division / Data Processing Department. "Piacce" is a Trattoria-Osteria style restaurant operated by Lily Institute. It serves as unofficial base for Wolfpack Squadron. "Fuwafuwa Gohan" is a Japanese themed café named owned by Lily Institute. It also serves as unofficial base for Wolfpack Squadron. *** 'Wolfpack Squadron', officialy known as 5th Reui and Lily Institute Emergency Services Department Tactical Team is the Police Tactical Unit of Lily Institute with a dual purpose. As the 5th Reui it is a FMC Resource Exploration Team (RET)/Deep Reconnaissance Unit (DRU), that focuses on undercover plainclothes intelligence gathering, reconnaissance, surveillance, and sousveillance...and counter-intelligence. As ESDTT (Emergency Services Department Tactical Team), its job is to watch over the schools and deal with troublemakers normal ESDTTs cannot. Wolfpack Squadron operates from various eateries, and answers to the internal affairs department of the FMC. It operates as a floating work-site team, which allows members to serve in their respective assigned areas and to be called up for duty from wherever they are; Wolfpack is based at various eateries, from where they dispatch their units.
