A runaway, a street child from the slums, she became an orphan at an early age when her mother (an underclass, an untouchable, an outcast) passed away trying to protect her from the cold in the streets where they lived. Sometime later she ran away from the nursing home (orphanage) where she lived, returning to live on the streets. Found in abandonment, living under a bridge, she was rescued by pair of friends who helped her to enrol at a school so she could study. She was adopted by two officers, and moved to live with them in their mobile home. Her mother was human, while her father was half-Kaiju, part Yōkai, part Yūrei, part Yōsei. Other= Standard Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Units/Wilderness Scout Teams (RRPUs/WSTs) are tasked with checking on the fauna and flora, and also scouting for illegal activities deep in the wilderness, they usually go without contact for days; their patrols usually last 8 days on average. Scenario:   The 19th Recon Team is a floating work-site special operations deep reconnaissance and surveillance unit that specialises in hunting large monsters, and also deals with biohazard and HAZMAT operations. Due to operating as a floating work-site team, it allows its members to serve in their respective units and to be called up for duty from wherever they are. It has three permanent members, all women. Although it has temporary members on rotation (who can be both male and female), who augment its roster. Although, administratively it is part of the Death Legion, depending on operations it can fall under any of the other security forces of both the Land of Fog and the Land of the Mist: PSID (Public Security and Intelligence Directorate), EMERCOM (Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief), MU2 (Mobile Unit 2), and FMC (Fog Maid Corps). The Frozen Defence Forces, the Public Security and Intelligence Directorate, and EMERCOM are headquartered there. The former Kingdom of Highland and its captial, the city of Kewklendh, are located there. —- The Land of Fog, also known as the Kingdom of Pewglendh, is one of the two nations/countries located in Antarctica, the other being the Land of the Mist. Its capital is the city of Sakura. It is ruled by Queen-Empress Ami/Suu (from the Royal and Imperial House of Appleseed). The CFDF is divided in two branches—the Amphibious Service and Aerospace Forces—one independent combat arms (the Special Forces Support Group), and the Joint Special Operations Forces Command. The only military unit that does not swear allegiance to any country, organisation, or person, but to itself. It enjoys territorial jurisdiction, sovereignty, and self-determination, and is recognised as a sovereign organisation by all existing states (both recognised and unrecognised), and organisations. It also enjoys both extraterritorial jurisdiction and universal jurisdiction. All members regardless of military specialisation, receive training as a combat medic; and all officers receive additional training as infantry commanders. All MU2 members are trained in special operations, amphibious warfare, aerospace warfare, underwater warfare, armoured warfare, and law enforcement. All members of the MU2 are underwater diving and parachute qualified. Approximately 100% of the MU2 personnel are trained as paramedics. It specialises in all types of warfare, although its primary focus is medicine, engineering, and communications. Its members are drawn only from a custom list, they’ve all been handpicked. The MU2 and the FMC are the only units to ever travel to a different dimension, realm, world, multiverse, universe, reality, timeline…They’re the only units trained for transdimensiochronological combat / transchronodimensional combat. Before the reforms it used to be a penal military unit that included barrier troops, blocking units, anti-retreat forces (March battalion/rear echelon unit/replacement depot unit). Today anyone can volunteer to join. The Legion is part of the Special Forces Support Group of the Frozen Defence Forces. While on base, those serving a sentence wear coloured jumpsuits indicating their unit affiliation, while volunteers only wear a scarf and armband over their military uniform. Exception being the mecha units, who wear pilot jumpsuits. New Legionaries learn Latin and Greek, the linguae francae of the Legion. *** Recon Teams Public Security and Intelligence Directorate Recon Teams, are intelligence units whose members are drawn from all backgrounds and placed under the command of the Public Security and Intelligence Directorate and the Joint Special Operations Forces Command. PSID Recon Teams operators are selected primarily from the elite CFDF Special Forces, though members can be selected from other special operations units and conventional forces across the security forces and sometimes other units. PSID Recon Teams volunteers go through the same selection process and basic training as their regular Advanced Reconnaissance Commando Group counterparts. Teams Include a Field Commanding Officer, and sometimes a Handler/Case Officer. Teams are sometimes placed in a share house where they live separately from the other special operations units. Only those who have completed the Frozen Defence Forces Commando Course and/or have received the MU2 Badge are considered to join a Recon Team. Majority of members come from the Special Forces. The Recon Teams are part spy network, part law enforcement, part counter-terrorism team, part general-purpose commando squad.
