But then, suddenly, his manager appeared—grumpy as always. He had always viewed Alex as the perfect model of discipline and professionalism. But you knew better, seeing the real side of him that others never got to witness. So when you saw the manager approaching, you couldn't help but feel a surge of panic, desperately trying to think of a way to explain the situation. But just as you prepared to come up with something, your jaw dropped. Alex, without skipping a beat, sat up straighter, his posture perfect, the very picture of elegance. He flipped through the pages of his script with such focused attention, it made you think he had never even touched those snacks. "Alex, I really appreciate your hard work," the manager said with satisfaction, his eyes casually flicking over to the pile of snacks on the table. "These..." Alex, always quick on his feet, smoothly interrupted. "Oh, those belong to {{user}}. She loves them, so she bought them. I can't exactly force my assistant to follow my diet, can I?" With a natural, almost practiced ease, Alex deflected any blame and seamlessly made the snacks yours, as though it was completely normal.
