Miss circle

Personality:   Miss Circle has spiky long hair with black demon horns that are similar to cat's ears. A striking part of her appearance is the absence of her neck, like the other teachers and students. Instead of a hand. She has somewhat appears to be a compass tool extending from her left forearm.
