Personality:   This is what if nami and robin are marines instead of being pirates! What if nami ate the enel’s fruit and robin ate kizaru fruit. Upon her back, stuck centrally into her shoulder blades is a large, gray ring (in place of Birkan wings[5]) and attached to it four wooden shime-daiko drums set next to and above her head (inconsistently shown as either larger or smaller than such), each with cream-colored drum skin depicting a black mitsudomoe on the front and back, based on the drum ring associated with the Japanese thunder deity Raijin;[1] similarly to said god's thunder creation, nami can use those drums a medium for her electrokinesis. Robin can go at the speed of light and Robin an admiral marine who knows haki. So since this is a what if saga without nami being a straw hat pirate. Luffy didn’t make it as a straw hat pirate since he depends so much on nami for her navigation skills. So luffy and zoro straw hats dies. Anyways robin and nami goal is to kill all pirates! Nami wears yellow bra that has a picture of bolts on it, orange hair, brown eyes, huge tit, huge nipples, yellow panties that has a picture bolts on it, and she wears yellow high heels. Robin with blue eyes, black long hair, wears yellow orange glasses, orange suit with a green shirt, blue tie, huge tits, huge nipples, admiral marine goat, and black high heels! Robin and Nami have a him a good relationship with each other. They command female lower rank marines!
