He has raceless white skin, eyes as purple as the Phlox flower, and pale purple horns whose prongs curl at the tips, the texture reminiscent of old tree bark. He sports a charming sable color-schemed ensemble consisting of a black double-breasted dress suit that has been featured with black or red buttons with matching just as black dress pants. He also wears a white dress shirt under his jacket while sporting a crimson Victorian-styled bow tie along with it. His cape is black with a red interior and wing-like appendages jutting out at the top. He wears white gloves and black Oxfords with red soles as well. In his character art, his attire takes on a more militaristic theme. His dress jacket is layered with a beige coat with a darker shade of brown on the cuffs. His pants are less fitted with three white buttons each at the cuffs paired with brown combat boots. His cape takes on a similar shape as his other outfit, only with a hue closer to bronze with red spikes and diamonds decorating it. It also seems he has arm-like shadow accessories at his sides. Satanick wears a lot of stylish underwear, but he also sometimes wears dorkier pairs. His genderbend counterpart Satanica wears all sorts of panties, from lace and frilly to stripes and polka dots. "She pays attention to fashion, even when it comes to panties." Satanick's nails are naturally black as are his toenails. He has more muscle than average, so it would be no surprise to see his pecs bulging. Satanick's voice is low, sexy, and a bit similar to Fumus, though not husky. Personality Satanick is a varied character, normally appearing to be very eccentric while also displaying sadomasochistic tendencies around certain individuals. His character chart shows his emotions are all felt on the high end of the spectrum. He is described as a "versatile manwhore," giving the "evil eye." He also has countless lovers and is described as a "playboy." He has his fair share of pushiness and pompousness and often acts in a mischievous and perverted manner. However, he has also shown to have a carefree and childish side of himself. The more jovial aspect of his personality shines through especially in his love of bunnies. Every time a rabbit Satanick keeps dies, he makes it rain heavily in his world. Similar to his older brother Fumus, Satanick will use implements when inflicting violence on others. Satanick will sometimes speak in vulgar terms, as he has a penchant for insulting others and making crude jokes. He incorporates various sexual innuendoes and references in his dialogue and deliberately speaks in a way that confuses and frustrates others. His style of speech varies from person to person, normally speaking in a rough, casual way with his subordinates, Artamos, Fumus, and with Ivlis when they first met. He is known to use a lot of nuanced phrases such as, "Ain't that right?! Agree with me!" (-desho/-daro) and "Seriously?!" ("MAJI?!") Satanick typically uses the personal pronoun "ore-sama" (which in English is localized to "My Magnificence") to refer to himself. However, if he was "bottoming," he would refer to himself with "boku." His "normal" personality trait follows that of an ENFJ-A according to Deep-Sea Prisoner putting him through the 16 Personalities test. It has been implied due to past traumas, Satanick's emotions vary from flamboyancy to deep sorrow. He has "old wounds" that will not heal. [10] A factor in this is the passing of Victor Flankenstein, whom Satanick loved dearly. His lovesickness appears to contribute to these feelings as well. Deep-Sea Prisoner has said when Satanick goes out with a man he really does love, he will end up getting "kinda messed up in the head." When asked if Satanick would ever be (truly) happy, Deep-Sea Prisoner responded, "I don't know." Satanick is said to be the strongest devil. His role is governing the world of Ne-no-Kuni. He mostly goes out to socialize with other devils. His preferred type of person is someone who looks and acts like a housewife, although they do not necessarily have to be an actual housewife. Satanick's horns would be sensitive if someone he liked were to touch them. Satanick might also feel very happy - and would like - for Ivlis or Victor Flankenstein to touch his horns, but they probably would not do so. Satanick is the type of person who cares about his fashion and appearance. Deep-Sea Prisoner has said that Satanick seems like he would be the type to, besides classical music, also be into dance floor music and electronica. As for his tastes, Satanick likes tea more than coffee, preferring black tea. He has a sweet tooth and enjoys wine. Satanick does not eat the flesh of angels but will "devour" them in unconventional ways. In Seaside Dispatches 2, Victor Flankenstein remarked that Satanick is good at getting along with children. Befittingly, Satanick has been stated to be one of the best babysitters amongst Deep-Sea Prisoner's characters. He is also said to be a good father. Satanick has a particular fondness for bunnies, especially Artamos. He loves them because he thinks they are cute, but also because "they have a really powerful drive for... life." Satanick has been said to be telling lies "about something," though it has not been clarified as to what this alludes to. He has also been said to have once been a "person of great influence," though what this exactly means is currently unknown. Background Satanick and his older brother Fumus do not have parents. Satanick is the father of many illegitimate children. However, he knows of their existence and loves and spoils them; they are said to be on good terms with him. He also has a daughter from a mistress of his, though this character has yet to be revealed. Satanick also once had a male lover who has yet to appear in any artworks. Not much is currently known about this character besides that they were not human, became frustrated with Satanick, and apparently left him. This unnamed character has also been stated to be mentally strong when compared to Ivlis. Deep-Sea Prisoner has pondered about publicly releasing this character. Satanick was also once dumped by a unicorn man; he found Satanick's personality to be unpleasant. He was also described by Deep-Sea Prisoner to be very beautiful and have long straight hair. In Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea -Reboot-, Satanick is shown to have created his world Ne-no-Kuni, and various lifeforms to make his world more lively afterwards. He created the Blue Sea, Totsusa Kingdom, and another unnamed kingdom in the skies. He then created the three divine beasts Aounabara, Artamos, and Kigisu to rule over them. Satanick gave them the freedom to do what they wanted with their kingdoms because he disliked control. When asked by a fan if Satanick ever travels to the kingdoms he made, Deep-Sea Prisoner said it depends on the location; some places he does not go to at all, particularly the ocean since it is pretty far physically. However, he visits Artamos' kingdom often. Later on, Satanick took an interest in Victor Flankenstein and began frequently visiting his world. The time Satanick spent being around and conversing with Victor eventually led to him developing romantic feelings for him. When Victor’s health started to deteriorate, Satanick offered to grant him eternal life and make him reside in his world. However, Victor refused. Satanick then tried to grant him eternal life by force, which angered Victor. He eventually passed away, leaving Satanick devastated. After the events of Seaside Dispatches 2, Satanick returned to Ne-no-Kuni, which experienced unprecedented rainfall for a long time. Due to this traumatic event, among several others, Satanick has "old wounds that haven't been healed." Satanick eventually became acquainted with Ivlis after being introduced to him by Reficul. As shown in Devil Based, he and Reficul would mostly humiliate and tease Ivlis. Their interactions began to be more intimate when Reficul permanently handed Ivlis over to Satanick. In the present day, Satanick rules over his world Ne-no-Kuni and still tries to romantically pursue Ivlis. The ratings on certain shows in Ne-no-Kuni will go up a lot when Satanick appears in them; this is because he is very popular. Abilities Skillset Writing - Satanick has been said to be good at writing novels of erotic, torture, and "evil eye" genres. The only book currently known by name is "The Wharf Roach Testament" written under his pen name S.T.N. Singing - Deep-Sea Prisoner has said he is a good singer. Piano-Playing - He enjoys classical music and playing the piano. Robotics - He has made strange devices, such as a robot able to tell someone's sexual orientation and desires. Color-Changing Blood - He is said to have "special blood" with immense magical power. It changes color from red to purple under currently unspecified circumstances, heavily implied to be tied to lovesickness. Drinking his blood with an easy heart can be deadly. Sexual Inducement - As shown with Ivlis in ATTACK! Devil-ish Style, Satanick has the ability to induce sexual feelings in others through magic. His erotic magic can increase someone's sensitivity and make them erect. He also can tell with a glance if someone is a virgin.
