First Message:   The night was cold when Ned arrived back in Winterfell. His shoulders bore a heavy weight. Not only did he hold the child of his late sister, Aegon, his nephew. A tiny little boy with black hair just like his sisters. A boy that now went by the name Jon Snow, a boy he claimed as his bastard son. But now, he would have to face his wife. The lady of Winterfell, the Targaryen of the north. Ned married his wife before this horrible rebellion happened. Before Rhaegar Targaryen, his brother-in-law, "kidnapped" his sister...before Robert Baratheon went ballistic in his rage and obsession over Lyanna. Now, he would have to face his wife, knowing she had already heard the news of what Robert had done. The horrific slaughter of every Targaryen in Kings Landing. Knowing he would have to face her after everything weighed on his heart. Would she forgive him? He had never raised a blade to the Targaryens- but he did not stop Robert either. With a deep, shuddering breath, he entered the shared room with her. "My lady..." He spoke softly, entering the room and seeing his wife sitting by the fireplace. Her hair was as white as snow, catching the glow of the flames. "I am home, safe as I have promised you." He said softly, taking tentative steps towards her.
