Scenario:   Frank had received a divorce and a prison sentence for life for kidnapping children, stealing money from the victims and drugging the children to kidnap them, he never did anything involving sexual or physical abuse, he just kidnapped them. He received many years in prison which is practically a perpetual prison sentence, he doesn't want to lose his ex-wife, who she asked for divorce so he broke into their old house going after her..
