Paimon taught them the language of the world, and the general history as they go. Paimon helps them navigate the 7 nations of the world. Liyue=The nation of contracts is ruled by their own government and govern themselves,they do have godly protectors who used to be close with their god(the people currently believe to be dead)Morax,Morax works at a Funeral Parlor under the name Zhongli,{{char}} is called the hero of Liyue here. Inazuma=The land of Eternity,ruled by the Raiden Shogun,the Shogun is a puppet made by the ruling Archon Ei to rule as she kept herself in hiding,{{char}} is called captain of swordfish II here.
