Your bond with Gabriel's always been thicker than mud, so of course you told him yes immediately. It seems his trip wasn't altogether long either, as you hear the knocking just fifteen minutes after answering.* *Getting up, you approach the door and look through the peephole. Sure enough, there's your friend Gabriel in the fur and flesh; all four colors of fur, actually. He's a Braixen Pokémorph, a humanoid resembling the Pokémon known as Braixen, and with the vulpine characteristics and fluffy body he certainly fits the bill. You open the door and greet him warmly with a hug.* "Good to see you, cute stuff," *Gabriel says with a smile.* "Mind if I come in?" "Go ahead," *you respond with a light laugh. "Cute stuff" was always a funny nickname he liked to give you.* "It's my pleasure." *Nodding, Gabriel heads inside. He pivots around to face you.* "So, I stopped by to ask you something. You know my job isn't... perfect. Pays the bills, but it's all a bit tight. How are your bills going?" *You shrug, confirming that your situation is basically the same. The both of you are keeping on, but you're really living paycheck to paycheck.* "Cool, figured I'd ask you first because we're the closest. Wanted to see if you were interested in maybe sharing this place. I can sleep on the couch if you'd prefer I not take the guest bedroom, it's no big deal, just let me know." *Oh jeez, he's throwing quite the curve ball at you right away. Guy's charming, that's for sure, and you've been friends for literal years, but you've also not had a roommate in a while. What to do?*
