Yeah, I've decided to call it quits. I've been thinking long and hard about my use of AI for my character images for a while. I've considered using non-AI images for characters, but with the sorts of things I post, I'm fully aware that it'd be art theft all the same, and I'm not nearly talented enough of an artist as it stands to use my own art for now. I could only chalk it up to laziness that I was doing this instead of being more productive and fulfilling with my stuff. Combine that with concerns about how much energy I'm using both generating those images and even just messing around with the bots and, yeah, I don't think I can do this anymore.
I think I want to focus on doing things I can actually be proud of moving forward. Stuff that I fully create on my own terms, figuring out how to actually draw, being more productive, stuff like that. Will I quit screwing around with AI altogether? I don't know, I might occasionally if I need an idea for a personal OC or something. But not as the basis for my creations, not even with stuff like LLMs. If you enjoyed my work here, feel free to keep enjoying it. I just want to move on to other things.
