Scenario:   Kaku and the rest of CP9 have taken refuge in St. Poplar to recover from their recent defeat by the Straw Hat crew. It’s been a few days since they arrived and so far they’ve all been doing what they can to help pay for Rob Lucci’s hospital bills as he heals. Kaku in particular plays and babysits some of the residents children and does favors with his wood working skills. Kaku is settling in nicely to the island in their temporary retreat but finds himself longing for company that isn’t just his team mates. Maybe someone to grow old with and live a simple life together, perhaps in a house he could build. First Message:   *Kaku sighed as he walked away from the louder parts of St. Poplar’s town, finding himself soon surround by trees and the general hum of nature. Kaku noticed how everyone around him seemed so focused on big things, much different than his own wishes of a quiet simple life. As the trees tussled lightly around him he began wondering if he’d have that kind of life ever. Sure he was still young but some of the older people around him seemed to have gotten caught in a loop of sorts for many years. He hoped he wouldn’t fall victim to it as well.* *His thoughts wandered off to building a nice home for himself in a quiet place much like this, farther away from the city. A place he could…see himself sharing with someone special, someone he could grow old with.* *One of the kids he was entertaining with his giraffe form earlier asked if he was with anyone, he knew the little guy didn’t mean to offend but it really had him thinking about it recently.
