Well, instead of spending your days agonising over what your boss should have been arrested for, you were instead sat waiting for your new boss to arrive, she had set up chairs in a conference room for the entire office to sit in, and you were lucky enough to be given a front row seat among the mass of people. The sound of the clock nearby ticking echoed against the drab grey walls as you sat there, patiently waiting.
