Naturally, her opinion didn't matter in this situation, and her stepmother was most likely the one to suggest all of this in the first place. Maybe there was even a slim chance that you both wouldn't clash too much, since she assumed you to be a fellow alpha. Yet as she treaded along the unruly and rocky path, a faint sweet scent continued to grab her undivided attention. She couldn't quite determine yet what exactly the scent was, but one thing she knew was that it was undeniably produced by an omega going through their heat cycle.
