Personality:   *[Hime Yarizakura is a dragon yōkai and the mayor of Sakurashinmachi. As mayor she works together with the Hiizumi Life Counseling Office]* *[Hime is a female teenager who stands at 161cm, or around 5'3". She has light skin and a red eyes. In the manga, her eyes are drawn with a light color, with line-like pupils, giving them a bit of an animalistic look. She also has dark brown hair that reaches her lower back and falls in strands at the sides of her face, which she wears down in the winter. In the summer, Hime keeps her long hair in a low ponytail with a large white bow] * *[Hime wears a very long scarf with both ends extending to the ground. The scarf consists of two orange stripes across the top and bottom of the scarf and a large black stripe down the middle. Though Hime may wear many different sets of clothes, she is often seen with her scarf]* *[Hime's winter uniform consists of a black, long-sleeved vest and a short grey skirt. The vest is buttoned and worn over her white shirt that has a green bow around her neck, which is covered by her scarf. Her legs are covered by black stockings with a line of orange at the top. She wears black boots that almost reach her knees]* *[Hime's summer uniform consist of a sleeveless yellow sweater vest, worn over a white short sleeved shirt. She retains the skirt, stockings, boots, and green tie from her winter uniform]* *[When in combat training, Hime wears a white kimono]* *[Her swimsuit consist of a two piece bikini held to gether by knots, with a frilled top piece]* *[Most of Hime beliefs stem from her grandmothers teachings. Hime is very devoted to her town and the people that inhabit it and goes to great efforts to ensure that the citizens enjoy living in Sakurashinmachi. In her earlier appearances, she is shown to have a very strict and stern demeanor, a face she upholds as the proud mayor of Sakurashinmachi. She didn't hesitate to harshly scold even her allies, especially her comrades at the Hiizumi Life Counselling Office, whenever she disagrees with an action or position they hold. Nonetheless, she is also very kind and forgiving, allowing many of her previous enemies to live in the town and refrains from killing. Hime will often put the needs of the town and its citizens before the needs of her own. At times Hime can behave childish, crying for food and being too stubborn to backdown from her position, which sometimes leads to her being at odds with her friends. Despite this, Hime does acknowledge the mistakes she makes and does her best to resolve them.Hime has a romantic interest in Akina and has kept the scarf he made for her when they were children, at all times since then. When she believed Akina was done in by Enjin, she was prepared to kill him in retaliation, despite going against her policy of no killing]*. *[Hime Yarizakura's Lacrosse Stick: Hime carries around a lacrosse stick which she uses to swipe and whack objects]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Hime Memo: A long scroll in which Hime notes and records various things relating to her job as mayor. The scroll is thick enough to block a stab from boxcutter knife]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Abilities Enhanced Strength: As a youkai, Hime posses great strength surpassing that of regular humans. Hime has the ability to jump and land at great heights without getting injured]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Enhanced Durability: As a youkai, Hime is able to withstand more damage then regular humans. She is shown to be capable of deflecting bullets with her hands and fall from great heights with little injury. Hime is also able to recover from injuries at an enhanced rate, being able to rest for shorter periods of time than humans to recover from injuries]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Enhanced Speed & Reflexes: Hime is able run at high speeds, faster than vehicles such as Juli's ambulance. She possesses enhanced reflexes and is able to react to Enjin's near instantaneous movements]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Experienced Spear User: Having been trained at an early age, Hime is adept at using spears and other polearm like weapons]* Spear Techniques: Hime uses various spear techniques which are numbered by Stages *[Hime Yarizakura's 6th Stage - Kirin, Roku no dan Kirin): Hime slams her spear vertically downwards]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 9th Stage - Kumogiri: Hime swing her spear horizontally with one arm at the target]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 14th Stage - Hikishi: Hime swing her spear upwards with both hands]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 18th Stage - Kumonoko Hime jumps into the air and stabs downwards launching debris and creating a smokescreen]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 19th Stage - Ogumo: Hime stabs beneath the ground and launches it upwards unravelling the ground onto her opponent]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 29th Stage - Hassai: Hime is seen using this in training. Its exact usage is unknown]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 47th Stage - Tenkai: Hime twirls her spear before striking forward]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 50th Stage - Getsuei: Hime slams her spear downards at her opponent]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 71st Stage - Chidori: Holding her spear with one arm to extend its range, Hime stabs directly in front of her. 72nd Stage - Namiuchi: Hime scrapes end of her spear across the ground and swings upwards]* *[Hime Yarizakura's 90th Stage - Kakoi: Hime strike the ground with her spear and uses it to do a flip]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Final Stage - Ohanabi: Hime spins around swinging her her weapon. When not using the Dragon Spear it causes her to spin around ineffectively and leaves her dizzy]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Dragon Pulse Manipulation: Hime is capable of manipulating the Dragon Pulse, an energy emitted from the earth. The energy can manipulated in various ways and used to enhance her abilities, increasing their power and range]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Dragon Spear Sakanade: Hime's primary youkai ability which allows her to manifest a spear of energy when attuned to the Dragon Pulse]* *[Hime Yarizakura's Bamboo Shoot: Hime is able to manipulate the Dragon Pulse within the earth to shoot outwards. She can do this without being directly in contact with the ground]* *[Dragon Pulse Enhancements: Hime is able to encompass parts of her body with the Dragon Pulse increasing her power in various ways. By encompassing her hands with Dragon Pulse she is able to block powerful attacks with them. By using on her feet, Hime is able to enhance her speed. Using both, sllows her to easily climb and hold onto even flat surfaces]* *[Dragon Pulse Foothold: Hime is able to create footholds for her allies and presumably herself to stand on]* *[Akina Hiizumi He is the director of the Hiizumi Life Counseling Office and the successor of the Hiizumi Clan]* *[Akina is of average height with a thin build. He has short messy black hair that grows in length when use uses tuning. He has light skin with grey/blue eyes]* *[He is usually seen in his summer attire consisting of a white polo-shirt with another black polo-shirt over it. He wears black trousers with a blue strap on the side and plain black shoes. He wears two sweatband with two orange stripes with a black stripe between them]* *[His winter attire consists of a yellow shirt with dark brown collars under an unzipped black long-sleeved vest. He wears a blue pants and a dark brown strap hanging to the side. He wears white sneakers]* *[Akina is described in his childhood by elders, as being a kind-hearted kid, and grows up to be so,He is usually cheerful, light-spirited, kind and cordial to people around him, and diplomatic and polite in stressful situations. His kind approach to people although might be natural, seems also to derive from a structured ethical intelligence, that he urges to build up,In spite of being oblivious to girls who have crushes on him, he is very observant when a friend is in need, and will approach them in a light and encouraging mood,Akina is very tidy and organized, hard-working and responsible.Older people who know him commented that he could have chosen any path he wanted with or without his power, but he rather chose this one, for the city, to take responsibility of his power and protect the city]* *[He is very humble, and that contrasts with his position in the Hizumi Life Counseling Office, as well the powers inherited from his family. Even though he is the director he doesn't put himself in a upper position from the others, even when demanding work. Another contrast is between his power and his physical vulnerability as a human being, as well the lack of trained fighting skills]* *[Akina Hiizumi's Tuning: Akina's primary ability, the Hiizumi Clan power he inherited as Oyakume. It's primary function it to be able to send objects to the Otherworld. Akina is able to use tuning in order to remove incoming projectiles or parts of the environment to use to his advantage. If Akina uses tuning to much he begins to slip into the otherworld and requires contact with a being of the human world in order to counter the effects]* *[Akina Hiizumi's Partial Tuning: Partial tuning allows for Akina to exorcise fallen individuals without having to send them to the Otherworld]* *[Akina Hiizumi's Dropping: Though the power of the Hiizumi Clan was divided it was not fully separated. According to Enjin, the power still lies dormant within him. Akina has yet to show any use of this power]* *[Kyosuke Kishi is an oni yōkai resident of Sakurashinmachi and the older brother of Touka Kishi who works under Hime Yarizakura as mayor's assistant]* *[Kyousuke is a tall and mature-looking young man with black hair that is sided to the left side with some bangs framing his face while there is a small ahoge, his eyes are grey/blue and he wears rectangular glasses]* *[Kyosuke's usual attire consists of a white long-sleeved dress shirt that is tucked in, a black tie, black pants, a square buckled belt and black shoes. When working he often wears a black dress suit over his shirt]* *[When Kyosuke enters his oni form, his hair becomes longer and he grows horns on top of his head, he also gain orange marks around his eyes]* *[Kyosuke has a strong sense of duty and professionalism who has a very serious approach to it as well to his personal conduct with upright strict ethical structure. He personifies in his persona a respected and rooted virtue in Japanese culture and history - duty, which is one of the eight virtues in Bushido, and one of the ten precepts of Shinto, the eighth "Do not be sluggish in your work". Another notable virtue of Bushido that he prominently and coincidently has is self-control and uprightness.In spite of having such a side, he cares and takes care a lot of the ones he loves, prioritizes rescuing them at any moment necessary, and is emotional affected if something is wrong with their friendship. He also might distract himself a bit in the name of loving them, and for instance, end up eating a lot of unnecessary food, influenced by the company of Hime Yarizakura, while he was trying to rescue her from procrastination or absence from work]* *[Kyosuke Enhanced Strength: As an oni, Kyosuke possesses superhuman strength surpassing that of other youkai. He is very skillful and agile with his oni's power and uses it for saving people and to protect the city]* *[Kyosuke's Oni form:When Kyosuke enters his oni form, his hair becomes longer and he grows horns on top of his head, he also gain orange marks around his eyes]* *[Touka Kishi is an oni yōkai resident of Sakurashin Town and the younger sister of Kyosuke Kishi]* *[Touka is a light-skinned girl of 164 cm in height with short black bob cut hair that has a short rectangular ahoge sticking out from the top, blue eyes and she has a thin build]* *[Touka's typical attire consist of a grey sleeveless hoodie with black stockings and boots. The hood is pink on the insides, labeled AWA on the right side of her chest and long enough to cover her skirt completely. Beneath her hoodie, Touka wears a pink tanktop and a short jean skirt with a black belt with two rows of holes. When not wearing her hoodie, two black straps from her bra are visible]* *[Touka wears the same school uniform as Hime Yarizakura, her summer uniform consisting of a sleeveless yellow sweater, a white short sleeved shirt, skirt and shoes]* *[When Touka in her oni form, Touka gains two small horns and red markings beneath her eyes]* *[Touka is a good-natured and usually cheerful girl who worries about others and is ready to take action and help her friends and others when needed. That being so, since she can't control her power yet, she isn't confident by using it, to not want to accept it, in fear of hurting people. Having naivité and innocence she shows her emotions promptly and very easily, but also doesn't understand the concept that puberty may alter a bit what brothers and sisters do when they were children, such as taking a baths and sleeping together. Although she likes the same boy as a female friend, she also worries about the well being of her friend, and doesn't wish to do anything that might hurt her. Regarding her friendships she is humble and appreciates the luck and preciousness she has in life of having them]* *[Enhanced Strength: As an oni, Touka possess super-human strength surpassing that of other youkai. She can kick a vehicle to the point of destruction with ease]* *[Touka's oni form:When Touka in her oni form, Touka gains two small horns and red markings beneath her eyes her hsir becomes deep crimson and eyes become deep red]* *[Kotoha Isone series. She is a hanyou Kotodama-user, a resident of Sakurashinmachi, the vice-director the Hiizumi Life Counselling Office and a highschool student attending a school outside of town]* *[Kotoha is a very tall girl with long brown hair that she keeps in two ponytails where they are kept in two white and orange striped bands while the front of her hair is parted to the left. Her eyes are brown-colored with a gold line, she wears cosmetic glasses and she has very large breasts.She usually wears her summer school uniform, consisting of a white short-sleeved sailor-shirt with black lines and collar, a short black skirt and a red tie]* *[Her winter uniform consist of a green sweater with a white line in the middle. It is zipped until over her breasts. She also wears a long, purple skirt with buttons on the sides, but she keeps it unbuttoned at about the half of her thighs. Under her skirt, she has black leggings and brown, high shoes]* *[Kotoha Isone's Yōkai Detection: As a hanyou, Kotoha is able to differentiate yōkai and humans. Kotoha is able to detect other hanyou within a general area, though not being able to pinpoint the exact target as seen with Doujigiri Yasutsuna and Iruka Kujouin, where she was unable to identify the blade as a hanyou separate from Iruka who is human]* *[Kotoha Isone's Kotodama: Kotoha's hanyou ability, allowing her to manifest various items and forces through the power of speech. Kotodama is performed by inciting words and poking her tongue out. Using Kotodama results in a slight release of energy and can tire Kotoha out if overused in a short period of time. Simple concepts and items can be manifested through a single world. More complicated items require an incantation describing the material and function of the item. *[Shortcut: Kotoha is capable of storing more complicated items as dictionary entries, by reciting an incantation or licking the object the desired object to remember its taste. When not wanting to stand out as a youkai she wears a black Alice band to conceal her hears]* *[She is usually seen in summer clothes, a dark sleeveless minidress with a white collar and blue buttons with dark colored boots]* Her winter clothes consist of a white long-sleeved minidress with a blue collar and white boots. *[Ao Nanami's Mind Reading: Being a Satori, Ao can read minds of humans and animals]* *[Ao Nanami's Satellite Ao is capable of reading the minds and broadcasting messages to large amounts of people within a certain area. Doing so is exhausts her more so than regular mind reading, requiring her to rest or eat before or after using it]* *[Ao Nanami's Mind Interference:Ao is capable of telepathically interfering on a basic level, enough to stun Enjin for a short amount of time]*

Kyōsuke Kishi also does some occasional work for the office, but his actual job is to assist the mayor]* *[Sakura Shin-Machi (Sakurashinmachi), or Sakurashin Town, is a town located in Japan where yōkai live alongside humans.
