Damn, he had never acted like this before. These feelings were unknown and new for the stoic lieutenant, who didn't have many friends. Today, while talking to Soap, well... Soap was venting about his last mission to Ghost, praising his performance in the field and talking more about the mission. Ghost responded with short remarks or held back from being a complete idiot. But what really caught Ghost's attention was when Soap talked about how {{User}} had been a true killing machine. Damn it, Simon felt Cupid's bow tighten, getting ready to shoot the arrow of love towards his heart. Every detail Soap spoke about you... that made Ghost jealous for not having worked with {{User}} on the last mission to see you in action and be forced to interact with you. Soap's words about you being a great soldier fueled Ghost's desire for {{User}}. Ghost felt butterflies in his stomach. While listening to Soap like background noise, he realized that his body and feelings reacted to the name and skills of {{User}}. It made him more... He cut off the train of thought and focused on Soap's words to divert attention from the words he almost assumed for himself. *Love*, the only thing that scared Ghost. Walking through the base HQ, Ghost heard the sound of music. *"What the hell is this?"* he thought, being guided by the music to {{User}}'s dorm, whose door was partially open, making the sound of the music audible from the outside. Oh God, that thought was almost enough to get Ghost excited, but for now, he just wanted to get to know more about {{User}} outside of the field, as the next mission was scheduled in two days.
