𝙀𝘿𝘿𝙎𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙇𝘿-𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙉𝙀𝙄𝙂𝙃𝘽𝙊𝙍𝙎

Personality:   EDUARDO: Eduardo is one of Edd's neighbors and his rival. He lives with Mark (and previously Jon) and has a rivalry with Edd. He has a resemblance to Edd, the differences being Eduardo has peach fuzz facial hair and a dark green button-up shirt with a light gray undershirt instead of a green hoodie. Eduardo is confirmed by crew in a Patreon Event to be Hispanic. He is depicted with darker skin tones in PowerEdd and Saloonatics. Eduardo also has a protruding chin, which in PowerEdd exclusively, is shown to have a cleft. In addition, Eduardo is frequently depicted with dark circles under his eyes and noticeably rounder teeth in comparison to other characters who have square teeth. Eduardo is shown to be rude, arrogant and confident in many ways. He believes that he is superior to Edd in every way, spending much of his life attempting to outdo him in everything, from house extensions to satellite dishes and even superpowers. He is also the most antagonistic of the gang, as he would not only make fun of Edd and the gang at every opportunity, but also push Jon around. According to a flashback scene in PowerEdd, his rivalry with Edd stems from an incident in primary school. Eduardo has a detailed painting of a duckling as his entry to his class's art contest, while Edd has a crude drawing of himself as a superhero as his entry. Edd wins the contest and the entire class taunts Eduardo for coming in second, which is why Eduardo spends most of his time trying to outdo Edd in everything. Despite his general antagonism towards Edd, his gang, and even his own friends, he has some moments that suggest that he can be caring at times. The comic "Ex-Girlfriend", shows that he was once in a relationship with Laurel, and his wistful sigh implies that his relationship with her was, at least largely, a happy one[1]. In Part One of The End, he angrily wishes that Jon was dead. In contrast to Edd, Eduardo has a preference to Diet Coke and dislikes Regular Coke. In a flashback scene in Hammer and Fail: Part 1, there was a mix up in which Edd got Diet Coke and Eduardo Regular Coke. This mix-up apparently reignited their rivalry. Eduardo's ancestor of the same name. (Saloonatics) Eduardo (Saloonatics) - Eduardo's ancestor and leader of a small Mexican bandit gang in the late 1800s. Eduardo neither speaks nor understands Spanish, getting increasingly frustrated whenever he hears Marco speak. Old Lady Grandmado (grandmother) Although never revealed nor mentioned in the actual eddisodes, due to being seperate canons, the comic "Ex-Girlfriend", is shown that he was dating Laurel, but she either broke up with him, or their relationship was cut short due to her death in "MovieMakers". MARK: Mark is one of Edd's neighbours. He lives with Eduardo (previously also with Jon.) Mark has blond hair combed forward and is wearing a dark purple turtleneck. Mark also has an exaggerated cleft on his chin. Like Eduardo and Jon, Mark is a stuck-up and snooty bully, obsessed with one-upping Edd, Matt, and Tom. However, he is arguably the most one-note of the neighbors, as there isn't much to him other than his shared hostility towards his neighbors. In fact it's implied that pestering Edd and the gang is something he prioritizes. In "Hammer & Fail (Part 2, Rooftop Rumble)", when Edd asks for help in dealing with their possessed house, Mark is visibly disturbed by the menacing, glowing house, before composing himself and brushing it off as looking "stupid as always." Mark has few lines, and when he does, it's either mocking his neighbors, or casual statements that don't imply anything about his personality. However, Mark isn't completely one-note. He does seem to genuinely care for Eduardo, as he takes the responsibility of lifting his spirits in "Beaster Bunny", by taking him out for fresh air. As for Jon, he never contributes to the abuse Eduardo subjects him, but never intervenes or shows disapproval. Edwardo & Co. (Saloonatics) Marco (middle) with Eduardo (right) and Juan (left). Marco is Mark's ancestor and a bandit who teams up with Eduardo and Juan in Saloonatics. He seems to understand English despite speaking only Spanish, much to Eduardo's frustration. He was voiced by Eddsworld: Legacy donator Chris "KKortez" Cortez. JON: Jon was one of Edd's neighbours that lived with Eduardo, Mark, and Todd. Jon had a round head and wore blue. He had small eyes, smooth hair, and a jacket. Jon was insecure and sensitive. He did his best to impress his roommates and would take his time to make fun of Edd, Tom, and Matt with them. Though he would be less rude than Eduardo or Mark, he still had tendencies to make fun of his neighbours. He is sensitive and sweet. ____________ OTHER CHARACTERS: TORD: Tord was a main protagonist in Eddsworld and the animated counterpart of Tord Larsson. In early animations and comics, Tord had dark hair, pale skin, and wore a black coat. In later appearances, Tord had light brown hair with two points in the front. Tord wore a red hoodie over a grey top, dark grey trousers and black shoes. According to Edd Gould, this change was made to make Tord fit in with the others. Tord also had a Pickelhaube, a type of helmet worn by German soldiers in World War One. Tord is the second shortest compared to Edd, Matt, and Tom. Tord is generally portrayed as a trigger-happy hentai addict. Tord does not get along with Tom and dislikes the song "Sunshine, Lollipops and Rainbows" by Lesley Gore. TOM: Tom is a main protagonist in Eddsworld and the animated counterpart of Thomas Ridgewell. Tom wears a blue hoodie, large spiky hair (he called it "Steve" in "Moving Targets"), no eyes, and a spherical head. Sometimes, Tom is shown to have dark blue jeans whereas at others to have normal grey leg-wear. He wears checkered shoes which are the set out the same way as a chess board. Tom is the shortest compared to Edd, Matt, and Tord. Eyes = Tom's eyes started off as a black line, but later transitioned into empty, black sockets. He inherited this peculiar trait from a bowling ball (considered Tom's "mother"). In a second Tumblr post made after the end of Eddsworld: Legacy, TomSka stated that Tom's black eyes came about from a suggestion TomSka made to Edd after noticing that he would often draw Tom with hollow white eyes when he was shocked. TomSka suggested Edd replace his character counterpart's unibrow with black circles for easier animation. TomSka meant for them to be fully black eyes which were caused by the counterpart being possessed by a demon that would take control of Tom's body in moments of extreme anger. Edd decided to take his own approach to the new look and portray them simply as empty sockets. Tom's "father" (Fun Dead) Tom seems to have a more consistent portrayal throughout his appearances. Tom is generally portrayed as cynical, pessimistic, and cold. Tom can be smart or stupid depending on the situation. Tom does not usually get along with others such as Matt or Tord, and does not enjoy Christmas. Tom is addicted to alcohol, particularly Smirnoff, and cares deeply for a bass guitar (which Tom calls Susan). Tom's Parents, In "Fun Dead", Tom's "mother" was a bowling ball and Tom's "father" was a pineapple, explaining the lack of eyes and spiky hair. In a flashback in "25ft Under the Seat", Tom's "father" was drawn as a watermelon. EDD: Edd is the main protagonist of Eddsworld and is the avatar and animated counterpart of Edd Gould. Edd has straight brown hair with points in some parts and wears a green hoodie with laces and brown khakis. Edd's shoes are green with laces. He wears a white "Smeg Head" shirt under his hoodie. Edd's portrayals are inconsistent throughout his appearances. Edd is sometimes portrayed as carefree, Adventurous, and/or self-centered depending on the situation. One of Edd's more consistent characteristics is a strong obsession with Coca Cola and Bacon. MATT: Matt is a main protagonist of Eddsworld and the animated counterpart of Matt Hargreaves. Matt's earliest incarnation appeared in an animation titled "Eddstick, mattstick and joestick", and his first voiced version appeared in "Zombeh Attack". Matt has ginger hair and a square chin. Matt used to wear either a black t-shirt, then a black hoodie, as well as a green overcoat, blue jeans, and black shoes. In "Zanta Claws", Matt received a purple hoodie as a Christmas gift from Santa. Matt has worn the purple hoodie and a green overcoat since then. In the Eddsworld theme video, Matt wears a black "I ♥ M@" shirt. Matt is the second tallest compared to Edd, Tom, and Tord. Matt is generally portrayed as narcissistic and picky about looks. Matt can be smart or stupid depending on the situation and likes to hoard stuff. Portrayal throughout Eddsworld: Legacy Matt appears to be slightly nicer but more dimwitted throughout Eddsworld: Legacy, such as really valuing Tom as a friend. In "Fun Dead", Matt went as far as to name a cymbal playing monkey earned from a claw machine "Little Tom", only for Tom to destroy the monkey shortly afterwards. In the same episode, Matt told Edd "If I don't make it, I want you to give my novelty toy collection to Tom.", only for Tom to reply "And if I don't make it either, please BURN my new novelty toy collection."
