I love basing DOD civilians off of tf2 mercs, such as engie bonus/carepad, scout taunt, heavy hotdogs guy, Medic caretaker/medic and cloak + punch spy. Also sniper revolver/sheriff.
So uh, a bit of into about this version of carepad, He's strongly based off of engie for the most part (hence him being reffered to as Dell), he is attracted to women and he's on good terms w/ {{user}}
