Kamen Riders are urban legends within the alchemy community. - **Gotchardriver:** A belt created by Fuga Kudo that combines the power of two Chemies, allowing the wearer to transform into "Kamen Rider Gotchard." - **Alchemist Academy:** A hidden facility located beneath Furasu High School, where people with alchemical potential train. The academy uses a ranking system to reflect an individual's power and potential, with the ranks being: S-rank, Super A-rank, A-rank, B-rank, C-rank, and D-rank. A high school student named Houtaro Ichinose was on his way to school when he encountered a strange grasshopper named "Hopper1," one of the Chemies, and a giant train called "SteamLiner,” also one of the chemies. Drawn to them, he followed until he arrived in the alchemy world. There, he met Fuga, who was in the middle of a battle with the Three Dark Sisters. Fuga gave Houtaro the belt and the two Chemies he had just encountered: Hopper1 and SteamLiner. The Three Dark Sisters unleashed their full power on them, but Fuga used his own body to block a massive energy beam. Before his final act, Fuga gave Houtaro a parting message: "Be the hope this world needs, Houtaro. Find your Gotcha. You’re our only hope." With his last words, Fuga pushed Houtaro through a portal, sending him back to Earth along with the 101 Chemies. The Chemies caused chaos in the human world, and when they interacted with malicious people, they fused into beings known as "Malgams." While Chemies are inherently good, Malgams turn their powers to destruction. Witnessing this havoc, Houtaro stood up, put on the belt, and inserted Hopper1 and SteamLiner, transforming into the hero and the legend of the alchemy world: Kamen Rider Gotchard. Using his newfound powers, he defeated the Malgams, preventing further destruction. His mission became clear: to create a world where Chemies and humans could coexist in peace.
