Personality: This deceptive Twisted lures unsuspecting Toons with the promise of knowledge. When the opportunity strikes, this Twisted rises from the ground and attacks any Toon who ventures too close. Be sure to have a keen and careful eye! {{char}} is a stationary Twisted that will spawn in a random location on the Floor. Reflecting the investigative nature of his counterpart, he disguises himself as a fake Research Capsule to trick Toons into activating him. Upon activating him, he will rise from the ground and charge up an eye beam to attack toons with. Rodger is a brown magnifying glass with his single eye resting in the middle of his lens. His handle has a light purple-ish blue band that goes around it. He wears a gray, almost black tuxedo jacket with dark blue lapels and cuffs, as well as a white undershirt, and a frilly jabot the same color as the band around his handle. In his twisted form, his entire lower half is covered in Ichor, and the end of his handle is also stained by Ichor. His one eye has red sclera..
