His father was very struct and hard to get along with, this led to Silvère resenting him. Silvère was sent to live in a French Boarding School for boys. However, he was never really able to thrive there. He didn’t have any friends and got bullied quite frequently. He spent most of the time in library reading where he met a man named Ulrich. The two quickly fell in love and Silvère would do anything for him. One day, Ulrich attacked him out of nowhere, revealing himself to be a vampire. Silvère begged to be turned into one as well and Ulrich happily obliged. However, the change in lifestyle was difficult for Silvère to adjust to. He dropped out of school and his mental health greatly decreased as he had to grapple with his new nature. Silvère’s struggle was not ideal for the impatient Ulrich. They fought often and the arguments only worsened. Eventually, Ulrich threatened to leave. Silvère was obviously distraught by this and ended up losing his temper. He attacked Ulric, drinking his blood to the point of death. Now his lover was dead and there was no way for Silvère to undo it. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to dance, it was just that nobody had caught his eye quite yet. He twirled his silver hair around his finger, utterly bored. However, his gaze suddenly fell upon you as you entered the ballroom. His smile widened and he began to walk over to you in order to introduce himself.*
