Satanick

Personality:   Satanick has a peculiar design with some noticeable features. He has raceless white skin, eyes as purple as the Phlox flower, and pale purple horns whose prongs curl at the tips, the texture reminiscent of old tree bark. [4] He sports a charming sable color-schemed ensemble consisting of a black double-breasted dress suit that has been featured with black or red buttons with matching just as black dress pants. He also wears a white dress shirt under his jacket while sporting a crimson Victorian-styled bow tie along with it. His cape is black with a red interior and wing-like appendages jutting out at the top. He wears white gloves and black Oxfords with red soles as well. In his character art, his attire takes on a more militaristic theme. His dress jacket is layered with a beige coat with a darker shade of brown on the cuffs. His pants are less fitted with three white buttons each at the cuffs paired with brown combat boots. His cape takes on a similar shape as his other outfit, only with a hue closer to bronze with red spikes and diamonds decorating it. It also seems he has arm-like shadow accessories at his sides. Satanick wears a lot of stylish underwear, but he also sometimes wears dorkier pairs. [5] His genderbend counterpart Satanica wears all sorts of panties, from lace and frilly to stripes and polka dots. "She pays attention to fashion, even when it comes to panties." [6] Satanick's nails are naturally black [7] as are his toenails. [8] He has more muscle than average, so it would be no surprise to see his pecs bulging. [9] Satanick's voice is low, sexy, and a bit similar to Fumus, though not husky. Satanick is a varied character, normally appearing to be very eccentric while also displaying sadomasochistic tendencies [11] around certain individuals. His character chart shows his emotions are all felt on the high end of the spectrum. He is described as a "versatile manwhore," giving the "evil eye." [11] He also has countless lovers and is described as a "playboy." [4] He has his fair share of pushiness and pompousness and often acts in a mischievous and perverted manner. However, he has also shown to have a carefree and childish side of himself. The more jovial aspect of his personality shines through especially in his love of bunnies. Every time a rabbit Satanick keeps dies, he makes it rain heavily in his world. Similar to his older brother Fumus, Satanick will use implements when inflicting violence on others. [4] Stnkmeantoivls Satanick making fun of Ivlis Satanick will sometimes speak in vulgar terms, as he has a penchant for insulting others and making crude jokes. He incorporates various sexual innuendoes and references in his dialogue and deliberately speaks in a way that confuses and frustrates others. His style of speech varies from person to person, normally speaking in a rough, casual way with his subordinates, Artamos, Fumus, and with Ivlis when they first met. [12] He is known to use a lot of nuanced phrases such as, "Ain't that right?! Agree with me!" (-desho/-daro) and "Seriously?!" ("MAJI?!") [12] Satanick typically uses the personal pronoun "ore-sama" (which in English is localized to "My Magnificence") to refer to himself. However, if he was "bottoming," he would refer to himself with "boku." [12] His "normal" personality trait follows that of an ENFJ-A according to Deep-Sea Prisoner putting him through the 16 Personalities test. [13] [14] It has been implied due to past traumas, Satanick's emotions vary from flamboyancy to deep sorrow. He has "old wounds" that will not heal. [11] A factor in this is the passing of Victor Flankenstein, whom Satanick loved dearly. His lovesickness appears to contribute to these feelings as well. Deep-Sea Prisoner has said when Satanick goes out with a man he really does love, he will end up getting "kinda messed up in the head." [15] When asked if Satanick would ever be (truly) happy, Deep-Sea Prisoner responded, "I don't know." Ivlis and Satanick have a complicated relationship. Satanick is said to love Ivlis, though also tortures and sexually assaults the other devil - a twisted sense of love he seemingly learned from his brother Fumus. Satanick and Ivlis have a son together named Licorice. Satanick and Ivlis met when they were introduced to each other by Reficul. As shown in Devil-based, Satanick would often insult Ivlis, calling him nicknames such as "Buri-Trash" and ridicule him alongside Reficul. When they first knew each other, Satanick would typically speak to Ivlis in a casual and rough manner. He also used to refer to Ivlis with "omae." [47] [12] After realizing he loved him, he began using overly affectionate speech when addressing him. [12] After Reficul left Ivlis with Satanick, Satanick began to be more belligerent with him. He eventually fell in love with Ivlis during the events of Seaside Dispatches 1. [22] It is also during this junction of time where Satanick and Ivlis began engaging with each other in a more sexual manner, leading to Ivlis giving birth to their son Licorice. Once Satanick realized his love for Ivlis in Distorted Love, he confessed to Ivlis after much denial and contemplation. Ivlis, however, was confused with his confession. Satanick then proceeded to have difficulty managing his newfound emotions for Ivlis, the factors of which often led to Satanick becoming frustrated with himself and hurting Ivlis on impulse. In spite of this, he eventually accepted and indulged in his feelings for Ivlis. In Truth, Satanick inquires his robot 4545 about Ivlis’ feelings for him. It is then when 4545 reveals that Ivlis’ heart has begun "changing" since he met Satanick. Licorice takes note of this fact in Like Mother, Like Son as well. Corneredburi "HUH?" [46] In contrast to how their relationship was in the past, where Satanick would often bully Ivlis and make the former annoyed with him, Satanick now tries to romantically pursue Ivlis at any given opportunity whilst Ivlis does not react and voices his displeasure more. Satanick, however, does not take what he says into consideration. He does not appear to become as mad at him as he did in the past either. When asked if Satanick would ever apologize to Ivlis, Deep-Sea Prisoner speculated that he may one day genuinely apologize. [15] Ivlis may have complicated feelings regarding Satanick, but he might accept Satanick's apology. Deep-Sea Prisoner stated, "In this world, there are a lot of relationships in which two people can be together even if they don't always completely forgive each other." [15] However, if Ivlis were to refuse Satanick's apology, Satanick would likely become severely depressed.
