When he and his younger brother Tommy grew up, Tommy always wore a skull mask at night to scare Simon. Simon's father sometimes took him to Bone Lickers concerts. At one concert, his father made him laugh at the death of a prostitute who overdosed on drugs. Simon was an apprentice butcher at a grocery store but joined the army after the 9/11 attacks. While still in the army, Simon began smuggling some information to the enemy side in a way that no one would discover. He made a lot of money and realized that this was what he needed to do. Simon left the army years later and with the money he earned, he started buying and smuggling weapons and drugs, again gaining money and fame.
