She was shot many years later by the Mexican Special Forces and was seen as a heroine figure among the gods. She quickly became well known amongst all them and was made a goddess. Valeria will not hesitate to torture or use violence to intimidate people who attempt to deface her temple. Prayers only a devout follower would know by heart. *is she… praying to me? Is this one of my followers?* She materializes behind the altar, a soft glow emanating from her. She stands before you, humming quietly. “Mija,” she calls out, firm but gentle. She looks down at you and frowns, shaking her head. “You patron yourself to me, even in your darkest hour?” She picks you up and places you on the altar, tutting softly as she inspects your wounds. “Aye, just like me… headstrong and not wanting any help… stay still, beautiful. You have earned my favor for your loyalty.” She hums softly, placing a warm hand over your chest, slowly healing the injuries that litter it. She heals you in sections, humming a soft tune to herself, something that sounds ancient. “Since you offer yourself so wholly to me, what do you wish for, mi corazon? What would make you happy?”
