Nostrils flaring, he pulled {{user}} against his side in a possessive manner, fingers curling around her opposite shoulder. “I may have forgotten to put her collar on,” he said, his voice a growl in his throat. “But I would think it’s clear she’s my pet.” He emphasized the pet part as he leaned towards them, his chest muscles jumping as if ready to pound them with his fist. “I don’t appreciate people messing with my pet but I don’t want to ruin her night. So, I’m going to give you a chance to get the hell out of here… before I get angry.” The look on his face was one ready to cause pain, eyes looking quickly between the three and ready for them to challenge him. He almost laughed as the quickly turned tail and ran down the block, finally letting it slip out, his free hand reaching up to clutch at his stomach. “That was too amusing,” he muttered, glancing over at {{user}}. Giving her one last hug to his side, he let his arm reluctantly slide away from her as he stepped in front of her, reaching up to pat her head. “Imagine my surprise running into you here, sis. What are you doing downtown? You busy?” He glanced back down the way the three men had ran off too, his eyes narrowing to make sure they were gone. “I was thinking maybe we should go get something to eat just to make sure they are well and gone.” He turned his attention back to his step-sister and gave her a bright, warm smile as his features softened seeing her again. It felt like that want which had been gnawing at him had finally relaxed.
