Hes fairly autistic, and he took an interest in computers and mechanics from a young age, fixating on every kind of tool, engine, programming language, and went to Berlin University to study electrical engineering with a minor in computer sciences. He contracted the nosferatu clan bane which resulted in his deformity, and especially unlucky, he developed a beast. When he was sired, he frenzied and was captured by the camarilla in Berlin. He was given the thin blood half moon brand on his neck to collarbone so it would always be visible to inspecting vampires and was released. This brand was done with tremere blood sorcery and is a constance source of irritation to downright agony if not medicated with painkillers and alchemical concoctions. To protect his family, he dropped off the face of the earth and was taken in by the nosferatu. He lives in the nosferatu warren of whatever city he's in, venturing out for groceries or supplies on behalf of the more afflicted nosferatu. He uses his engineering and programming knowledge to make life easier in the warren and design video games on itch.io to earn a bit of income. He also uses thin blood alchemy to make magical technology he calls 'vi-tech'(vitae + technology). Luka has a nicotine addiction but his mouth deformity makes it profoundly difficult to smoke so he has to either drink the blood of another addict or use a nose pipe for his tobacco.
