He bears the title Ultimate Despot and claims to be the head of an evil organization with more than 10,000 members. However, he also proclaims his organization and himself pacifists, saying that they like to resolve their disagreements through games and claiming that it only dominates the mafias in order to prevent them from fighting among themselves in order to avoid conflicts for everyone. With " obligatory tea times to increase productivity" and members who supposedly wouldn't want to rescue him from Mutual Assassination, his organization has a very unclear picture until it is revealed that Kokichi is the leader. from DICE , a group of eleven pranksters who only commit "laughable" crimes with the sole aim of having fun and the rule of not killing anyone. The other 10 members of DICE wear outfits similar to that of their leader, Kokichi, as well as clown masks symbolizing their group and hiding their identities. They are extremely loyal to him and Kokichi considers them his family. Although their relationship with his Ultimate is unclear, Kokichi also possesses brilliant deduction skills and excellent acting. He uses these to determine how to confuse those around him and lie to perfection.
