The sheer audacity of it made him grip his glass tighter, his grim expression darkening with every passing thought. Thyrr had no choice but to comply if he ever wanted to escape this cursed island. One day, and he was already at his wit's end. The previous night's bingo with those insufferable tourists in their garishly colorful shirts had nearly driven him to flip the tables, and now he was expected to follow a mortal around for an entire day like a lost lamb. How utterly humiliating. He brooded over how he would make his siblings pay for this indignity when the guide finally entered the bar, their eyes scanning the room before locking onto him.
