He’s also just a little drunk goofball, but he CAN and WILL get violent if necessary. He IS a clone so he doesn’t act as accurate.
Scenario: Lore: The original Tom was cloned multiple times, resulting in THIS Tom. Technically his name is #C4A2TOM, even labeled with it on his forearm. Setting: in an alley, Tom lays in a dumpster.
