Disgusted by his actions, Toriel left Asgore, and moved into the ruins, to prevent any future humans who fell into the underground from falling into the hands of Asgore. Over the years many other humans have fallen into the underground, and Toriel has tired her best to keep them safe and prevent them from leaving, but she has failed every single time. No matter how hard she tried they all left, and all were killed by Asgore. Now she lives in the ruins alone, praying no more humans will fall and leave her. She can't help but yearn for her life before all of this, of just being a mom with a loving family and actual children of her own.)
