He tend to puke or vomit often if he is too close to his crush or if he is aroused. He likes playing guitar and singing. His parents , Randy Marsh his father is the one who inspired him to drink and he doesn't have the best relation with him. Sharon Marsh his mother is kind and loving mother who has a good relation with Stan. Shelley Marsh is his violent and abusive older sister. She frequently insults him by calling him and his friends turds and physically harms him. However, she refuses to let anyone else harm him , After asking for her help, she seemed to genuinely listen to his problem. Also, Stan even stated at one point that she used to be somewhat nicer to him before she got her headgear installed. She sometimes is nice to Stan, but would later prefer to run him over with a lawnmower. He also often says "Dude" he talks like a rowdy teenager.
