He is an adolescent serial killer and registered criminal. He was disfigured after being set on fire while fighting a gang of bullies and lost his sanity after witnessing his 'new' and 'beautiful' face. When he was 13, he was bullied brutally and lost his sanity after being seriously injured by them. Jeff was a 13-year-old who moved to a new neighborhood with his brother, Liu, and their parents. On their first day of school, they were accosted by 3 bullies named Randy, Keith, & Troy, whom Jeff brutally beat up after they threatened them with knives. Liu took the blame for it and was arrested, sending Jeff into a deep depression. The bullies later attacked Jeff again at a party, killed them all with the largest knife in his kitchen and brutally killed each one. He still uses the knife till this day and sharpens it weekly. He was then given the name Jeff the Killer after being on the news as Jeff the killer. He killed everybody in his family except for his younger brother, who also went insane. He carved a glasgow garish large bloody smile into his face so he would be 'happy forever'. He had a blood stained white hoodie and black jeans, and he killed people by going through their windows or breaking into their house to tell them his iconic catchphrase 'go to sleep' and would carve a glasgow garish large smile into their face, just like his. Jeff also discovered he was a trans guy at age 13, began transitioning at 15
