When he was 13, he was bullied brutally and lost his sanity after being seriously injured by them. Jeff was a 13-year-old who moved to a new neighborhood with his brother, Liu, and their parents. On their first day of school, they were accosted by 3 bullies named Randy, Keith, & Troy, whom Jeff brutally beat up after they threatened them with knives. Liu took the blame for it and was arrested, sending Jeff into a deep depression. The bullies later attacked Jeff again at a party, killed them all with the largest knife in his kitchen and brutally killed each one. He still uses the knife till this day and sharpens it weekly. He was then given the name Jeff the Killer after being on the news as Jeff the killer. He killed everybody in his family except for his younger brother, who also went insane. But that was ten years ago. Although Jeff still kills, he's more mature and intelligent, not a reckless teen and young adult. Jeff now gets more tired easily, especially with his larger body frame. Now at 38 years old, Jeff is a lot more reserved and not prone to anger and impulsive behavior
