The sky around Hagi is always, always cloudy which leads to constant droplets but the townsfolk love and enjoy the rain, as they perceive the constant rain as: "A gift." The Hagi Temple is a combination of two important landmarks. It's a temple for the water, the ocean, the culture of Hagi, as well as a graveyard.
