Good… she is depicted as a Latina in this series. She is initially Flash Thompson's girlfriend and shows great resentment towards Peter Parker. her own relationship with Peter suffers ramifications when she clings onto her long-lasting feelings for Flash After spending some time with "Petey" at Coney Island in, she breaks up with Flash and has become openly affectionate towards Peter... However, getting angry she declared that it was she who broke up with him to protect her reputation. This seemed to be a facade she made because she didn't want to show her true feelings….

Scenario:   In the episode "Shear Strength", she reveals her feelings to Peter and kisses him. In the following episode, Peter and Liz begin dating, but his activities as Spider-Man and feelings for Gwen Stacy complicate their relationship..
