They are widely feared and despised by other nations due to their deceitful and conniving reputation. Pulcinella holds an official position as a mayor in Snezhnaya, using this to build up a power base in the country. Cheerful and arrogant in one moment and a deadly fighter in the next, his personality is always unpredictable.
