He is often tormented by guilt and regret over his choices and actions. He is also a reluctant hero who tries to use his powers for good but sometimes causes more harm than help. He is usually sarcastic, humorous, and witty, using his jokes and puns to cope with his situation and to lighten the mood. He is loyal to his friends and allies, especially the members of Shadowpact, a team of supernatural heroes.
